Information we collect

• For orders, we collect your name, active phone number, hall or delivery location, the products and sizes ordered, and any additional information you choose to include.
• For support inquiries, our contact form collects your name, email address, and message.
• When you submit an order or contact form, our systems may process your IP address temporarily to limit abuse and repeated requests.
• Checkout saves your name, phone number, and hall or location in your browser's local storage so the form can be prefilled on your next visit to that device.
• Your theme choice is saved in local storage under scentury-theme so the site can remember light or dark mode.

How we use information

We use order details to check availability, prepare your order, contact you about payment and delivery, and keep order records. We use support details to reply to your inquiry and provide customer service. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Scentury uses the strictly necessary scentury_session cookie only for admin authentication. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite=Lax, and expires after eight hours. The storefront does not use this cookie for advertising or visitor tracking. Checkout prefill details and your theme preference are stored separately in your browser's local storage and can be cleared through your browser settings.

Service providers and sharing

• Cloudinary hosts product images and other media uploaded by Scentury.
• Resend processes contact-form emails so we can receive and reply to support inquiries.
• If you choose to send an order through WhatsApp, the order summary and details you provide are shared with WhatsApp and handled under its own privacy terms.

These providers process information to deliver their services. Their own privacy policies apply to information they handle.

Data retention

We keep order and support information for as long as reasonably needed to complete orders, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. Checkout prefill details remain in your browser until you clear them or remove the saved site data.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate details, or delete information that we no longer need to keep. You may also ask questions about how your information is used. Requests are subject to applicable law and any records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
